I wake up and I sip from my daily cup of chamomile herbal tea while I read the news. I eat a banana and begin setting up my mat and weights for yoga. When I’m finished, I brush my teeth and shower while listening to my favorite melodic music, typically Pandora set on the Smooth Jazz station. I check over my list of things to do for the day and see where I’m gonna begin.
